Now all they offer is rehabilitation for 6 weeks which basically consists of someone coming to your home and getting you to enrol at a gym or to get you to do some pointless night school course at my own expense all of which are not available in my area and as I don't drive and struggle using public transport this is not possible for me. Every time I've managed to get better it wasn't because of their help but by helping myself or support from family and friends.
