Wishing the worst karma to the people who done this, couldn’t care what your situation is at all, if you couldn’t look after your dog you could have surrendered it or left it somewhere safe! How could anyone drive away and leave him like that. Shocking and so sad for the poor boy. Glad he’s got the good life now he totally deserves the best. That sweet pup’s former owners should be neutered and kicked out in the street- gutless heartless people.
